Weekly & Twice-Weekly Valet Services: Refunds are not issued once service for the billing period has begun. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, no further charges will be made.
One-Time Services: One-time pulls are non-refundable once completed.
Service Issues: If we miss a scheduled pickup, contact us within 24 hours at 361-748-0797 or info@coastalbendcurbside.com for a service credit or rescheduled pull at no charge.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

By booking a service with Coastal Bend Curbside, you agree to the following:

Service Scope: We will pull and return your trash/recycling bins on the agreed schedule.
Customer Responsibility: Bins must be accessible and free of obstructions on service days.
Scheduling: Service times may vary depending on route efficiency and municipal pickup schedules.
Payment: Charges are billed in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension of service.
Changes & Cancellations: Notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service to make changes or cancel.
